Privacy Policy for Llego.dev Chat App Users

This section specifically applies to users of the Llego.dev Lobe App and Llego.dev Chat App.

Data Handling in the Chat App

• Chat Messages: Stored locally on your device using Local Storage. We do not collect or store chat messages on Llego.dev servers.
• Shared Chats: If you publicly share a chat, it is stored on Llego.dev servers for 30 days to generate a shareable link. You can delete it at any time using the provided deletion key.
• Analytics: Anonymous usage data is collected via Cloudflare Analytics.
• API Keys: We do not collect or store API keys. They are transmitted directly from your device to the respective services (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic).

Third-Party Services

• We use Vercel for hosting and Cloudflare for security and website analytics.
• AI services, such as OpenAI and Anthropic, receive requests directly from your device, and we don't store your API keys.

Security Practices

• We use secure code development practices, including encryption and input validation, to protect your data.
• Our workstations are encrypted and firewall-protected to ensure a secure environment.
• We conduct regular security audits and penetration tests to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
• We continuously monitor for security threats, such as unauthorized access, data breaches, and malware.

Client Responsibilities

• Enforce least privilege access controls for staff and conduct security training to ensure everyone understands security policies.
• Maintain patched, encrypted, and monitored systems to safeguard client data and infrastructure.
• Handle project credentials securely to prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct relevant compliance reviews to ensure project adherence to all relevant regulations.
